Overview

Farmer is the total package.  Brains, brawn, bone and beauty.  This powerful stallion stands a solid 16.0H, is tested CA for gait, homozygous black and 100% Foundation.  He's a gentle soul with a western working mind and common sense.  He passes on his loving disposition, athleticism and trainability to his offspring.  

Farmer crosses well with any mare and stamps his foals with his classic style and beauty.  His foals are sought after in breeding programs across the country and can also be found excellingin a variety of disciplines in and out of the show ring.  Farmer has sired over 100 registered foals and there is still a very strong demand.

Performance

Farmer has been trained to ride and drive and was shown successfully in Western Pleasure and Halter for a number of years.  He was also used for various types of ranch work. 

At just a few years of age, Farmer suffered a horrific injury to his right front leg.  It was a long recovery and he still carries it a little differently, but we consider ourselves lucky that he's still with us.  He is sound but we don't use him as heavily or steadily for ranch work, as we did before.
