Scottsdale Equine Reproduction Center
ABOUT
Scottsdale Equine Reproduction Center (SERC) was constructed in the fall of 2009 with the goal of providing a top of the line facility and staff to meet the reproductive needs of our equine clientele. SERC is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, which offers great weather and a diverse population of breeds and disciplines. Services include mare breeding soundness exams, artificial insemination with fresh, cooled, and frozen semen, embryo transfers, and embryo vitrification. During foaling season a dedicated staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist with every foaling. Foaling stalls are video monitored for that extra sense of security. SERC also provides halter breaking of all foals to make daily care and routine work easier through their first years.
SERC provides a full range of service to stallion owners including breeding soundness evaluations, phantom training, routine collections for cooled semen shipments and semen freezing. We are proud to say we are a Select Breeders Affiliate Lab, as well as a USDA approved facility for semen export. Our lab is equipped with the latest technology to provide quality semen that is expected from Select Breeders Service.
The facility and its staff strive to provide the best service to the not only our clients, but also to their horses. It is the experience and care provided by SERC that makes the difference!
